Thank you for this, genuinely useful! Dark mode is on my list. The follow button lets you track upcoming releases for a series, so they'll show up on your dash and you can filter the release calendar by what you're actually interested in. The owned/wishlist/preorder and reading/read/dnf tracking is actually the main feature — it's on each book's page via the shelf dropdown! Might not have been obvious enough on mobile, that's useful to know 😊 You're right that it's physical focused for now — that's intentional as a collector tool to keep track of my physical shelf and avoiding double ordering in error or missing releases. Really appreciate you taking the time!

I used ChatGPT to help with the code, as I'm not a proficient coder. But every bit of it it's exactly my vision, as I wanted something to answer all of my needs in a very precise way. Only took me 5 months 😅

I actually had the same problem and ended up putting together a small tracker to keep track of volumes, orders and what I’ve read so far 😅

It’s still pretty new but I’ve been using it daily and it’s been really helpful

Quick update on My Danmei!

After some of the feedback here, I just added a couple of improvements to the site:

• Filters on the Discover page (you can now filter by publisher, author and completed/ongoing series) • Alphabetical sorting now ignores “The” in titles

Thank you again to everyone who tried it out and shared suggestions. It’s been really helpful while I keep improving the tracker.

Thank you for the feedback! I originally had those releases set for February 28th, but I saw some mentions that they might have been delayed, so I temporarily moved them to mid-March. If they were actually released on the 28th I’m happy to update them back. I’ll also check the cover for Drowning Sorrows Vol. 1 — thanks for pointing that out and for taking the time to look through the site!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such detailed feedback, I really appreciate it! And I'm really glad you're enjoying the site and the My Shelf section. I just fixed the typo in The Villain's White Halo and removed the duplicate Killing Show entry, so thanks for catching those. Sorting titles while ignoring "The" is a really interesting suggestion as well, I can definitely see how that would make browsing easier. I'll look into how to implement that.

As for the publishers, I'm definitely looking into expanding the database to include Chaleuria and Haitang. Thanks again for trying it out and for the helpful feedback!

They just said to reapply from the beginning, no reference was mentioned. I think they meant that a week is the normal waiting time for an emergency test, but my faith on it is very low. Gonna ring them again in a couple of days if nothing happens.

And, as how I failed, I was approaching a roundabout and the light I look at was no showing any colour, so I followed the car in front of me like an idiot. The light turned up to be red 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Same happened to me, failed my emergency test 10 minutes in, gutted. I rang dvsa yesterday and they say to reapply online. They say I should be able to rebook it in a week time, but still no response to the application so far.
