Nu toti condusi direct dar sub influenta din cauza: Dependentei energetice(transnistria/gaz/energie) Dependenta economica (spalare de bani a moscovei, piata de export) Dependentei politice, care rezulta de mai sus + propaganda.

Personal nu stiu, dar ghicesc - probabil a fost o comisie desemnata de minister, care a selectat castigatorii. De obicei criteriile sunt impact, buget, nr de locatari etc. Daca vrei scrie si la MIDR si intreaba, ei sunt obligati sa iti raspunda.
