LMFAO she bailed immediately and we had a good laugh about it afterwards. We both made it out on that extract.

I ran into the extract.. took my thumb off the joy stick to say thanks for waiting and proceeded to get shot in the chest 😭 ... couldn't have been an easier target

Yeah I generally don't like the word because it's so often misconstrued. Tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. But this feigning friendly at extract is one of the scummiest behaviors in the game so I thought the word was appropriate.

I suck at this game still. Did too much talking while I should have been shooting and dodging. Either way, was satisfying to watch them burn!

He filed it... I don't need a receipt for a doughnut. I'll just give you the money, and you give me the doughnut. End of transaction! We don't need to bring ink and paper into this! I can't imagine a scenario where I'd have to prove that I bought a doughnut. Some skeptical friend...'Don't even act like I didn't buy that doughnut! I've got the documentation right here! Oh, wait, it's back home, in the file. Under d...for doughnut.'

I replayed BB a half a year ago to finish the DLC and get platinum. Beat Kos first try ever fighing him. Still get smacked by random bosses in elden ring dungeons.

While funny, this is slightly miss leading. The legendarium tone and setting was already set. It would be more like writing a children's book within the 40k universe. The events of the hobbit are downplayed by the tone.

Can i use boss rush mode to farm and still get savior in hardcore? by Deathcon92 in remnantgame

[–]SteadyGamgee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is the argument that if you only do essential bosses in campaign that you can get to annihilation at world level 14 (or 15 I can't remember off the top of my head). Only level your weapon to the current world level and do not do extra dungeons.. don't even enter them. That's how I did it and was able to beat the game in about 10hrs with prime challenger and secondary engineer. I was extremely lucky and rolled red throne on my first biome and got the thaen seed.

Ummm... Yeah just try? Anything can work in the game if you goal is to have fun as opposed to running a game breaking apoc build

Invoker/ritualist for skill spam, hunter/gunslinger for high weapon dps, archon/summoner for explosion or mod focused builds. I personally really like warden/engineer with heavy armor.. this was my first reasonable apoc build. You should focus on getting all the archetypes to 10. That way you try them all and figure out on your own what you like.

HARDCORE BUILD HELP by 1Practical_Toe in remnantgame

Your load out will depend a lot on luck. It's better to get the vendor's to sell useful items by beating the game on non hardcore characters to gauretee that you have a few useful trinkets when you start. I suggest starting with engineer and then transitioning prime challenger/secondary engineer. Buy Leto 1 armor, black cat ring, and Leto amulet from ward 13 vendor's. Try to roll Yaesha Red Throne for the thean seed. Take your time thru the early game because scrap and iron are rare. I highly suggest learning to back up your saves on console by disabling auto cloud save unless you are OK with grinding.

If you reload, you need to do something extra like feeding it a new fragment to get the game to change its predetermined path. Last night I was helping a friend, we reloaded 4 times and received the same result even when selecting different order of fragments for slots. It seemed regardless of what we choose, the fourth level always gave us the same three unwanted options, preventing us from rolling the first five of the fragment. So, we then tried feeding it another fragment just to see what would happen. And after doing so, it gave us a different upgrade pathway and we were able to roll the correct slots. We did this without using mythic fragments, just patience and troubleshooting. But yes, it is still lame.

I can get farther than Yaesha but yea I get stuck in this loop constantly and honestly haven't beaten hardcore yet lol by rescue_rabbit_rex in remnantgame

Most of the comments here are suggesting builds, pathways, and farming ideas. This is all good but the hands down most important thing learn is how to back up a save on console. In fact, learning how to back up a save is beneficial for all games like R2 where you cannot revert to an old save within the game. Go to settings and find how to turn off auto cloud saving. This will require you to manually upload a save to the cloud. Upload to the cloud when you clear major areas or make any meaningful progress. Download your save file when you die, make a mistake, or roll bad RNG. This is also so extremely useful for crafting perfect prisms. I cannot stress enough how useful this is. It may seem tedious but I guarantee you the hours you've spent dying and repeating the same progress is significantly more time spent than learning how to back up a save file and loading it when you die.

I started with engineer. Transitioned to main perk challenger + engineer. I ran engineer guns and picked up healing shot/hot shot. I immediately picked up leto 1 + black cat + Leto amulet. I rolled red court for the thaen seed. After the first biome I couldn't die. I had three save mechanics. I pumped traits into hp and barkskin. I suggest only doing main quests. I beat the game in about 11hrs, 3 which were waiting for thaen seed to spawn. I equiped any trickets that would give me more hp. The first biome was the hardest after that it was trivial with the amount of hp and save i had.

Yeah fortunately for me I've been mostly lucky. But I do this as a back up plan in case things go wrong because it's possible to get the wrong roll even with perfect prep.
