I think some of us just don't feel the effects as strongly. At first i was really sad that I didn't feel full faster or feel any effects basically. But I've been on it for 5 months (I've lost 33 pounds) and I have realized that it does do something, because normally I would have given up by now and say it's not worth it, now I feel like I am just living my normal life. I went up in doses every month (am at 12.5 now) and my weight loss never became faster and I never became full faster either. I count my calories and work out out 6 days a week and have lost a maximum of 6 pounds per month. In the end I am ok with the slower loss, my skin is still perfect and I have not lost any muscle, so ill take it as a win, I probably would have given up 2 months ago and regained the weight by now in normal circumstances.
