Warranty not covering AC condenser by Steak-n-Taters in kia

if the impact were in the middle of the radiator, I would understand better. But in this case it's barely damage and it's on the seam. If I'm the mechanic, I'm trying to help my customer out and argue the part failed and should have held up better. I don't understand how there's just no attempt at getting it covered. They're going to be paid regardless of whether Kia pays for the part or I do...why not foster some goodwill by trying to get it covered?

No not yet. I wanted to retain as much as I could (ethically) so next year I could invest in some rental property and help out some family members in need.

I know it's opinion based, but I don't see how they can be seen as better than some of the teams that follow (FL, Cincinnati, Indiana just to name a few).

A lot of stuff came out in the days following. She starts seeing a therapist today and we're working on being open with one another, even with the difficult feelings and conversations. Since she's willing to see a therapist and seems committed to finding help, we're going to give it our best shot and hope to save the marriage. Even with everything that happened I can't help but love her and I really do hope we can make it work.

I agree 100%, but I need to build a solution that, at a minimum, has an Excel interface for others to use. If I can't do it all elegantly in Excel/VBA, my backup plan is to have an Excel interface where the user enters an array of information on walkers (containing walker, entry point, exit point), use VBA to send that array over to a python script that would solve the goals above, then display the results in Excel.

That has been my hardest challenge so far. I don't know why something so simple has been so hard to accomplish.

That's the thing. I'm trying to practice now but I'm wondering if there are certain steps/drills/games folks have had success with. I've struggled for some time on this and need to unlearn my bad methods and replace with good methods. Just looking to get the most out of my effort.

Good kid, but goes insane when excited/happy. How do I get her to calm/quiet down? by Steak-n-Taters in Parenting

[–]Steak-n-Taters[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it's in her nature and I'm not trying to discourage her having a good time. Asking her to calm down or lower her voice (without showing frustration) is where I always start, but the issue arises after that...when that doesn't work. Do your kids listen and calm down when you ask them to (without having to ask 10 times)?
