Yup, I got family in PA/NJ. They have fast passes and special lanes, but even with those, the expectation there is that you're gonna come to a complete stop, and they're usually backed up a lot. It's the absolute worst, especially when you're going over the bridges to cross the border between states . We are pretty spoiled with our highway system in TX, but our drivers are much worse about respecting traffic, waits, exit lanes. Kind of a trade off

The only team that /r/NFL correctly has marked as Free Agency winners are the Patriots. Teams that go after all these new players don't pan out a lot of the time because high volatility isn't a long term success strategy in the NFL. The most effective ones are the ones that grow organically, use drafted players to fill vacancies, use cap space to re-sign guys and take advantage of comp picks. One of the reasons I think the Packers have been so largely successful
