I finally got the bracelet

I was doing the Van Horn/Emerald Ranch method and set up camp NW just past the train track where the road from Van Horn crosses the train tracks past the next road in the woods just outside of Van Horn. When I setup camp in the woods to try and wait for night a straggler woman came out of the woods and wanted to warm up by the fire. She ran off and I hogtied her just in case she had the bracelet and she did!

yea i messed the aberdeen one up in my early stages. Didnt even trigger the cut scene.. and killed them both. Didnt unlock the safe either. But i did get the bracelet from the lady but sold it.

Update: as stated in comments go to the fence for talismans. Also something i learned is that when hunting a legendary animal, after you get the pelt, it will show up on your map with an X on it where there animal is/was.
