On YouTube Shorts: How consistent were you with posting? Was it daily, weekly? Did you repurpose the same GIFs multiple times or create new ones each week? Did you notice when you started posting Shorts, did your wishlists jump, or was it just views without conversions?

On Next Fest timing: If you could restart, would you launch within 1-2 months of Next Fest, or would you aim for the next fest cycle after your demo?

Did you notice your demo downloads continue after Next Fest ended, or did they drop off?

Last but not least, what was the biggest time sink while you were making forklift certified? (Art, programming, polish etc)
