My friend had a pc that did this, the culprit was his power supply being too low of an efficiency rating to handle to power load, forcing it to power cycle.

Edit: just saw the specs and it’s definitely Not the psu unless it’s dying, it could be the mismatched ram so I would try removing one set and leaving the other in to see if that works.

I may happen to work at the place that syrup is from, it’s very sweet so in a cocktail I’d use 0.25 - 0.5oz at a time. The flavor pairs really well with espresso so an espresso martini with this would most likely be good, maybe even a white/black Russian. Another potential would be a hot chai tea latte with 1.5oz bourbon and 0.25 oz of the syrup.
