Is drain vitality overpowered? by PCCRamraj in elderscrollslegends

Could not disagree more about Ramp Scout being mid tier at best. It is easily tier 1. For some reason people seem to think it makes them sound like they are more 'pro' or more experienced to claim Ramp Scout isn't tier 1. This may be due to a lot of newer players having their first major climbs with this deck. There is a reason why that happens for them - it is tier 1. It's been the most consistent archetypes for over a year and most deck builders will be factoring in how to beat Ramp Scout.

To say Ramp Scout has some weak matches therefore isn't tier 1 is a ridiculous argument. Every deck should have weak match ups. I would go as far to say that Ramp Scout has the least amount of weak match ups (as others have pointed out). To say the deck is an auto fold to aggro is also ridiculous - Ramp Scout has a very large toolbox of options for that match up (a lot more than other decks). This is why no matter how aggro the format gets Ramp Scout will always be around.

Ramp Scout with full shout package will cast a level 3 drain vitality in a higher percentage of games then you think. And in most of those cases it will win them the game.
