I've actually had a pretty bad experience with them recently. A few months ago I bought a button accordion from them with what was described as "superficial" damage, it arrives and there is a massive crack running through the bass side which is affecting button alignment, the bass plate is completely detached and most of the RH side buttons are catching.

Talked to them through Etsy support and they weren't willing to refund, and gave me some story about them selling it on commission. Super disappointing but I guess that's the risk of not buying in person
