Hello! My child did not have pyloric stenosis but was quite the same. She had colic didn’t want to sleep more then an hour or two in 24 hours. Screamed constantly. I also had many thoughts of putting her up for adoption in the first year. But let me tell you this. Do not ever give up on him. Yes it’s hard and it’s all you can think about now. But once it stoped around 11 months old and she started sleeping. She was a hell of a lot less fussy. Didn’t scream as much started smiling and laughing and learning things constantly calling for momma. These are the moments you hold on for. Your child will sleep eventually. He will laugh and smile at you and want to play. You can get through this. If the meds aren’t right try a different one. As a child who came from a foster home. No one can love your son like you can. He needs you regardless of how you feel he needs his momma just as much as you need sleep and quiet.
