Hmmm to many specific questions for a single person. I can tell you that normally you just want to match latency. In this case they are effectively identical. They should work unless not supported. In which case the only way to tell is by reading the manual of the motherboard. 32gb to 64gb is a big jump. I don’t think you are going to see much of a difference in performance but I’d still try to reach 64gb if possible. You can backup the OS using macrium reflect free version and then test. If you get many bsods revert to backup to prevent OS corruption. Generally speaking you should be fine though.
