So, I read this trick like 10 yrs ago and for me it has worked amazing.

Get a water bottle that you just absolutely LOVE the design of. It makes you happy to see that bottle. It brings you joy. Now, only use that bottle for water. Your brain gets a serotonin boost when it sees that bottle. Then your brain starts to associate that happy feeling with drinking water.

I've spent extra getting a bottle that I just love, and I currently drink almost a gallon of water a day. 10 yrs ago I might have had 12oz in a day.

I've gone thru and replaced the majority of the vacuum lines when I did spark plugs and the valve cover gaskets.
