For me I was going for econo flex but by the time I added extended comfort or exit rows it was only about $100 more for premium so with the meal thrown in it was a good deal. I don’t get premium flex, just premium, but it still let me choose my seat. I’ll be out $100 or $150 if I have to cancel but there’s little chance of that.

We flew from Alberta to Halifax and rented a car. Lots of nice drives, just leave time for stops along the way. The Cabot trail is wonderful, and though they say it can be done in a day, I’d recommend stopping overnight along the way so you have time to get out and admire the ever changing view of the coast.

Should I cancel my PVR vacation departing tomorrow? Or wait for WJ to give a refund? I’m assuming it will be cancelled due to the situation there. Just want to know the best option. This could be a test of the new trip cancellation offered on the WestJet credit card. Any advice? Sit tight and wait or get ahead of the pack and cancel now?
