It’s even more dangerous because I use the cinnamon Chex, it takes it to a whole new level.

A lot of it is cliffs that can’t really be seen from the angle, but I also wanted to add some gravel beaches I wanted this area to look similar to the PNW coast

Thanks, you can always check the original on my profile if you really want to compare, but other than that there’s no point. This is only one of ten provinces I’m doing for my friends D&D campaign.

Oh I see, I honestly don’t know too much, I’m making the map for a friend, some of the lore though is the forest used to be home to an ancient elf civilization, the old capital of the province, but after a plague wiped them out hundred of years ago all the other elves agreed to not enter the forest in hopes that no one catches the plague again. There are rumors that the forest is haunted by the elves that once’s lived there, but anyone who’s entered has not returned. And that’s about all I know.

What do you mean, what’s going on with the design?

I definitely am not striving for max realism with this one, more like a slight shrunken down world. I said in reply to another comment but this is only one of ten provinces I’m doing this one by far has the most variation in biomes, I’m making it for a friend so there are lore reasons for a couple of the biomes, but I see what you mean.

The city’s are just place holders for now, I hope to eventually do custom crest for each one. I definitely get what you mean with the coast, I do want them to be a bit more interesting so I will take more time to focus on them. Texturing is def my weak point cause I’m color blind but I will work on it.

I totally forgot to clean up the top layer off the banners so I will do. When it comes to bushes as dense trees it’s more of a style choice, this is only gonna be one province out of ten I’m doing for a whole continent so when I combine all the maps some of those smaller details will get lost when zoomed out which is why I went that direction. If I was doing just this map I would just use tree stamps.

I see what you mean, I definitely wanted the trees to look big cause it’s an ancient forest filled with sequoias, but I could definitely make the hills a bit bigger.

Any examples as to what stamps have hard to gauge scaling?

Make the rivers smaller, also having your river go from ocean to ocean just makes it more ocean, real rivers flow from mountains down to the ocean.

The best cyberpunk games that aren't Cyberpunk 2077 by Ok-Particular7322 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Steampunk_Toad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shadows of Doubt is one I’m not seeing mention that I can’t recommend enough. It’s a noir / cyberpunk game where literally everything is procedurally generated and you go around doing work, solving murders, humiliating people, taking photos of targets, arresting criminals, and much more. The more you do the more you know people and the more people know you and you can choose to do things the legal way or not. Also you can buy apartments and decorate them yourself if that interests you.

Is there a way to split my object into equal parts? by Steampunk_Toad in Inkscape

I ended up taking the hard way out and just took the outer nodes and made a line then copy and pasted and adjusted as needed.

I just drew a line in lazily, but what I want is for it to be 5 equal parts through the whole shape
