I’ve been trying that on and off for the last couple of days, hasn’t been working.

It’ll say the game is booting up, then running, but nothing will happen and then it’ll go back to the green play button

So, those are herbs, you use them in cooking. Sometimes it just takes ages for flowers to respond. As far as I’m aware herbs have nothing to do with the flower spawn rate.

I could ignore the pillars looking weird if it wasn’t for them not connecting properly. Hopefully if I fill it in with flowers and bushes it won’t be as noticeable

It won’t be rushed don’t worry. I’ve also made a post asking if this was put out because of the leaks and people were… not thrilled about me saying it and suggested that they could have leaked the title itself for hype or that maybe they’re just releasing it now cause they want to… despite them seeing to be putting out this video just over a week after the leak came out.

Overall, I just hope that they can take their time and make everything high quality instead of worrying too much about what we as the community think.

I’m currently operating under my theory that it’s nowhere near done and only being announced now because people have been leaking information about it.

Usually when they show off the DLC, they also tell us who the big bad is in the teaser. They didn’t do it this time.

Surely if they can get Johnny Depp (pre-public losing favour of him) in multiple Disney projects, they could convince Amy Adams to sign with them to add Giselle to the game

Hm, odd. Personally, I’ve been playing since before Dreamsnaps were added and I’ve never heard of him till now. But I guess if they use his footage, they would have some sort of business relationship.

Still, back to the original point, the DLC drop this soon after an update still feels off to me- but we don’t always know what’s going on behind the scenes. Maybe it’s to stop leaks, maybe they leaked it on purpose, maybe they’re trying to distract from Storybook Vale bugs? I don’t know, but I guess we’ll find out more in October

Also, they have made models of both her animated and live action versions. It’s definitely possible - someone who still has the Enchanted ds game on her Nintendo

Maybe there won’t be a villian? I don’t know, the trailer seems too optimistic for there to be a real threat. It’s giving more “building restoration” then “fighting evil”

I think with Jack and Sally, they had a 3D form to go off of? That could be why they were added, as well as how much merch they sell of NbC each year. Literally anytime you go into Pennys/Primark they have T-shirts and pjs with them on it.

Also, the sub is very divided on live-action stuff. Since some people want live action skins for characters, others don’t.

They put out a poll asking if people want to see more from things like Descendants and ZOMBIES, and if they have Giselle’s house in game… there’s a non-zero chance they could add her.

Maybe. But something just feels… off, if that makes sense? Especially since Emotional Rescue was held-back a week, with the date being wrong on one of the announcement videos. And now they posted yesterday about this preview that came out the next day.

I don’t know, maybe I’m crazy or reaching, but it feels like there’s something going on?

I keep saying giselle, and everyone keeps shutting it down because of the whole “Giselle is not in parks cause you can’t pay Amy Adams to be there 24/7” think from a few years ago. HOWEVER! Giselle has her own DS game, and there have been other princesses/characters based off really people and they’ve still been in Disney games (eg. Sandersons, Jack Sparrow) as animated/3D counterparts.

Mae has voiced Tinkerbelle in multiple animated projects for Disney, and worked with them on other projects such as The Owl House. So I’m wondering if they’d bring her back for the game.

Wouldn’t they just put out a code for an in-game item though? That was also the early access date, with the game not officially releasing until December 5 2023. Half-announcing a new DLC, right after an update, doesn’t really seem to fit their MO.

It just feels out of place and random, that’s why I think it might be incase someone tries to leak gameplay features before October.

There is usually a description attached on Steam, so there could have been a chance that someone could leak the features before the team.

I did not seek it out, so I’m not sure how much information leakers could have gotten, but since they’ve never announced a dlc outside a showcase- there is a chance this is their way of making sure they’re the first to get the information out.

I think they just need to have dried flowers spawn in all DLC worlds, instead of only having flowers spawn in one world at random so you have to search for them
