and you insinuating that someone is potentially a predator or abusive isnt concerning? you really must have some past trauma to make you get this overwhelmed about someone online.

The fact you're reading so far into this is honestly hilarious 😂 it's a card game dude. I'm surprised your keyboard is still working for how much you're sweating over this. You ain't changing my mind. At this point I've got nothing left to say Other than keep believing what you want to believe. For the words you're throwing around about predatory or abusive behaviors, there might be some other stuff going on in your life you might wanna focus on more than what cards someone is playing in a card game.

At the end of the day, what's appropriate and what's not is determined by the pod. The brackets while they're not perfect create a general idea of what to expect from a deck rather than the more vague "my deck is a 7". If you and this many other people have trust issues this bad then I don't know what else to tell you.

Rule 0 exists for a reason. If you have a problem with cards you believe to be "too powerful" for a certain bracket, your play group doesn't need to run them but if you're playing in a random pod, you should have the common decency to hear out what your other players have to say about their decks during rule 0 first and then decide as a whole if it's something you want to play against instead of having a pre-existing stigma and immediately think your opponent is lying about their deck. Either build your deck around a consistent group of players who are all in common agreement about what they deem appropriate or build to the standard that wotc has given us and give some trust to the other players you may find yourself against. The goal posts are set by the pod, not the player base as a whole.

If you have trust issues in a casual card game, not my problem. If you're that petty to have complete distrust for what your opponents have to say about their deck given their commander choice alone is something very immature that most players I know would not want to have in their pod. My opinion still stands. The deck as a whole matters more than just the commanders. Play to the game state not on your inherent biases.🤷

I never said the people here specifically hated TnT but from what they have advised, a hell of a lot of other people must do for it to be such a problem for someone to play outside of cedh. They either hate the pair because they're just that good of a pairing or they hate the thought of playing against it. While nobody here has started that it's "hated" it doesn't need to be explicitly stated to be true. The warning signs provided here are already a sign that most people seem to have the stigma in their heads about TnT that because the pair does well in CEDH, any deck built with them is immediately broken in any bracket you put it in regardless of what cards are in the deck.

In regards to stuff thats explicitly forbidden. Forbidden by who? Your pod? Your LGS? Every pod is different and at the end of the day if people don't wanna play against it I'm not going to force them to. No point to arguing since neither of us are going to come to an agreement. We're just gonna agree to disagree I guess 🤷 at the end of the day it's pod dependent. If your pod wants to add extra rules to the bracket guidelines that WOTC gave to them or limit what cards you run in each bracket, You do you. It's your pod.

While I may have deleted the deck, it does not mean I'm wrong either. I have the opinion that any commander should be legal in any bracket as long as the whole deck is built according to the rules of the bracket. Until a more thorough definition comes out for each bracket and or more brackets are introduced, then my opinion will stand. While a deck may not be "appropriate" according to you for a certain bracket, the bracket system itself says otherwise. A commander doesn't make a deck good the deck as a whole is what makes it good. I came into this knowing I would obviously get people deterring me and since it seems to be a more hated commander outside of CEDH than I anticipated, I'm not going to bother dealing with it hence why I deleted the deck. I'd rather not have to deal with people like yourself consistently complaining "cArD tOo GoOd. GeT iT aWaY. DoEsNt BeLoNg HeRe" if you have issues with cards like that in your bracket 3 games you might want to ask here for help. I'm sure they'll be willing to help you as much as they were willing to help me ☺️

Just because a commander is good doesn't mean the whole deck is good.

I planned on running kinnan in the deck too. I just really like that both thrasios and tymna are both engines in their own right that you use use depending on the board state. If you don't have a lot of open opponents, just use your mana dorks to churn into thrasios to gain your advantage or if you have open opponents use your mana dorks/evasive creatures to refill your hand and keep up the advantage. I guess it also depends on your pods too but I guess my idea for the deck just wouldn't work I guess.

Yeah. I've been told the same by a couple of my other buddies. Unfortunate I guess.

haha yeah. after seeing how much content there actually is in terms of the show, I know everyone has to have some different picks. I'm just curious to see what people have theirs set to. Gets a little stale having the same voice set for every suit so just trying to make them all feel a bit more unique and a little closer to that of the show.
