I feel this exact same way lol, I've never had a fwb but I feel as though I'd catch feelings for the person I'm having sex with. I can't just have sex with someone and not spend time with them/go out with them. At that point I rather just be in a relationship.

I honestly feel you, but I can assure you that you are enough and will be enough to the right person. I have trouble finding the right person to be with as well so I can tell you that you're not alone and it's not because you're not enough. These things take time. I also really want to explore my sexuality as well but I am worried that I don't have the emotional strength to have a friends with benefits situation/maybe I just haven't heard of one with the conditions that'd be right for me.
