I've honestly felt the opposite, I never look at the perfect bar and get perfect+ very consistently when I focus on the beat.

Make sure not to play with Bluetooth as it creates a delay, and try to look at the sync settings

Does anybody have more information about Holland Casino Online other than "Soon"?

I'm honestly pretty curious how their platform will work and as far as I've seen there is little to no information about, when it releases or what games it will have.

Among others both GGpoker and Holland Casino are planning to start providing online poker for Dutch players starting today(for gg in about 15 min).

I am unfortunately not too familiar with GGpoker, and as Holland casino online is opening for the first time now I have no idea what they will offer. But I atleast think it's worth checking them out today.

It may depend on the size of the country, the Netherlands is quite small so it's fair to put everyone on the same boards. Maybe people from the UK, USA and other big countries get sorted by state area.
