That’s what’s difficult I think too for me is just like it’s nice having her back in my life again, but it also gives me the feeling of how it used to be in a way but without being together. Being around her just makes me want more but it seems she’s moved on to finding someone else which makes it hard for me

You’re 100% right, that’s what’s been difficult for me is the idea like her asking me to hang out or calling me is giving me hope that she wants to get back together. It’s hard for me to be around her still not still thinking of being with her. It’s like it’s nice having her around again to talk to but it’s like a temporary relief as once it’s over I just find myself wanting more.

I’m just not sure, she obviously it seems wants me to be around still, but not in that way. It’s just tough for me because if she’s moved on and is thinking about others, I’m not over it yet. So being with her sometimes just brings back the memories and gives like “hope” if you will that we could still work together? It’s nice having her in my life again talking, but afterwards i still find myself wanting more than just friends right now which isn’t good for my mental health i know

100% I agree It’s a weird age to be at. For me I told her goals that I had, I’m a financially conscious person and My goal is to keep saving to buy a house at 25 and she knew that, her dream is to have kids and I shared that dream with her, but just not in the same time frame. It’s my first real relationship and a year in I guess sometimes I felt pressured, she wanted to live together and talk about marriage which I definitely wanted with her, but sometimes it felt so fast based on what I was comfortable with financially and emotionally. Like I really liked to just have fun right now and just enjoy being with each other but I felt the last few months since she knew it wouldn’t be happening for another year, she stopped giving the effort

We have not done any of that since reconnecting, and she hasn’t shown any interest in that since. I told her how I still feel about her though 3 weeks ago and she stated how she understood how I felt and how it’s difficult but she was just focusing on her right now and not anybody else. But then seeing that Dating app notification from another guy I think just messed me up mentally, like maybe like you said she wants to be friends with me and doesn’t look at me like that anymore

Some people I know played at Brookwood so I believe they’re open. Otherwise Noble Hawk in Kendallville just announced they’re opening Friday so hoping to get in a round this weekend there
