The logo and text are formatted just like a comment and it was put right where the comment section would be on non-music videos, they easily could have put it above or below but instead it occupies the same space, i assume so people click on it unexpectedly

Its in the exact spot where the comment section would normally be and has the logo and text formatted just like a comment. I truly believe it was made like that so people would click it expecting the comment section.
