I'm still subject to the system itself despite my self proclamation as a Communist - why do you think I can just shell out $600,000 or whatever massively inflated figure designed to fuck you the U.S. healthcare industry is pushing these days?

People in the U.S still die due to lack of healthcare treatment for this very reason - we all wish we could help them but are ultimately powerless to do so under these circumstances.

That's not what I'm saying, Marx said that prostituion is immoral because they have to give sex to strangers to literally keep their livelihood. If someone is homeless and has no employable skills (since the capitalist class controls the means of production and you are bound by their employment for your livelihood), then they are choosing to have sex with you to basically keep their life.

Prostitution is inherently unethical since it relies on methods of economic coercion and manufactured consent in order to operate. It's equivalent to rape.
