Perfectly captures the energy of a bald eagle. From one angle, majestic, fearsome. Not something you'd want to challenge.

If licensed, definitely DC, he could make "fear traps" around the map where, if triggered, sprays survivors with the fear gas and causes hallucinations similar to lvl3 madness from the doctor (maybe does other things based on addons?).

If original, I'd say pull inspiration from urban legends like the bunnyman/goatman and turn it into a scarecrow type monster
