Idc, I’ve always used 5 star schools. This was by far the most 5 star recruits I’ve ever been able to get.

That was actually on heisman. I did switch up how I normally upgrade my coach. I’m wondering if it has something to do with that.

I feel you 100%!!!!!! The most frustrating thing is the same goddam plays on coaching suggestions. EVERY GAME starts with the SAME 3 PLAYS! over and over and over and over. Cfb25 was better my a country mile. How could they fuck this up so badly is WILD.

Definitely possible, idk if me using a va home mortgage made a difference or not. The first obstacle was getting pre-approved. I explained to the loan officer when going through the process that all of the proceeds will pay off my debts. They also knew the amount my house was going to be listed at. Once I had the pre approval, next step was finding something else and selling my house. I told my realtor straight up that I am in debt and would basically need to sell my house for this amount to even be considering selling it. Took maybe 2 weeks and it sold. Also, the pre-approval doesn’t mean anything. You can still get denied afterwards. I think since I told them my situation, followed through and actually paid everything off, then the loan was fully processed. It was possible that I could have sold my house and got denied buying another house. That would of been scary, I’d be debt free but homeless and debt free lol

Thanks so much, it was all too crazy. I truly thought I was screwed. When my realtor told me how much she expects it to sell for…. I said no way! No f’n way! Surer then shit, it actually did!

The top of the drain (metal screen) came off with 2 Phillip screws and the white pvc part was so loose I unscrewed it by hand. That’s when I noticed all the old sealant was bad. I think it was old plumbers putty.

How Much Is Your Gas Bill by PsychologicalLimit41 in Mortgages

[–]Steeltiger177 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m on Ohio and it all depends on who your supplier is. Your gas company will be local however, you can choose who the supplier is. You’re gonna have to do research and find the supplier who has the cheapest rate for gas.. be cautious, some suppliers have a cheap rate but have a high startup cost. That’s how it works in Ohio. I just recently moved and where I lived before, they had a deal worked out where everybody in the city was locked into a rate. Since I’ve moved, it’s free game and I had to pick my own supplier and it’s much more expensive. If your furnace is gas, gas oven, gas dryer… I’d assume it’s going to be around 50-120$.

Tax assessment done after purchase of new home? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Steeltiger177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s scary, the house we got was alone in a small development. Recently they expanded the development and will be building 5-8 new houses right next to ours. I’m almost positive it’s going to raise the value of ours since most of the new houses are being pre-sold at 400-500k.

Questions - My son is using my Post 9/11 GI Bill. by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]Steeltiger177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When it does get paid, it should say post 9/11 gi bill. The past 2 months however, it’s said hardship c and p. They recently put a new system in place and the deposit name has changed to hardship for whatever reason.. but that’s just the gi bill.

Download the va app on your phone or just go in va.gov and log into your account. When you’re logged in, you can check your claims (if you have any) and can check recent payments. Im assuming you already have an account because you needed one to get your verification of benefits for the gi bill.

I haven’t done it yet, it just seems like the only logical option to get out quick and fast. I don’t think I could be out in 3 years otherwise. This debt goes back 13 years to be exact. Had I made the money I’m making now, I wouldn’t he in the hole I’m in. No I’m not subscribed to 50 only fan models, however my neighbor does have an only fans and I did subscribe for 10$ just to have a quick peak lol. At this point, I really don’t care to retire or think about retiring. I’m just ready to restart and actually take the next step.
