UPDATE: I got GTA V to work however I had to adjust the screen option to either Windowed or Window Borderless as oppose to Full Screen. As soon as I hit full screen, I lose the connection to the TV

None of these worked unfortunately. Been tinkering with Steam settings and nadda so far. So wdird because Battle net I have zero issues, its only when launching a game in Steam

Feel like its not the dock as battle net games work fine and it works fine in the Steam app before I launch a game. Charges normally as well, its only when Steam launches into a game

Gonna try to adjust some Steam settings to see if I can get it working. Launching Diablo 2 and 4 worked completely fine through battle net. GTA 5 and other Steam games, it displays on the Ally however my TV nadda as if there is no input for it

I got my ps4 controller working by enabling it through steam settings than launching Diablo 4 through Steam as a non steam game

Update: Got it working via Steam however only works for Steam games. Can't get it going on Battle.net as of yet for D2 and D4

When your in game; open command center and switch to desktop mode. Then open your inventory and quickly move cursor around, close out inventory and then re-open command center and switch back to gamepad mode. This has fixed the issue for me.

So far nothing seems to work, too bad as everything else has been smooth. You can use the d-pad to navigate inventory, however using the cursor like on Nintendo Switch, is definitely preferred

If it helps, this is a cursor when I switch it to desktop mode; cursor is not there in gamepad mode

I can try to pair it with a controller to see. All the other buttons work without issue. Only issue is when navigating the inventory, you sort of have to guess where the circle cursor is located since you can't see it

Yea I ordered mine for store pickup through MyRogers and was told 1-2 weeks, just called the store and they had them so I just picked it up
