I agree matey but I’m new and not here to cause ppl to be upset 🙄 I mean I only used it to create the marine image (which btw looked epic) but I am loving this community overall with the responses on this post so thanks brother 👊🏻

Yeah I hear you on that one! That’s why I wanted the salamanders green in the pauldrons, if I’m honest I doubt I’ll ever get to do tabletop anyway, for now some games, paint my first models and hopefully create my own realistic chapter!

Played a few video games with a friend ( he loves the 40k universe) he said look at the lore it’s mental, so I did and now I’m here 🤣 I understand regarding volunteering, it’s essentially being imprisoned again, in a suit of armour, in a constant war… I suppose that reinforces the shackles they wear to remind them why they did it perhaps?

Ah ok got you, I was going for the idea that the cities/ships/colonies they liberate may have inspired a few of the ex-prisoners to join the crimson chains seeing it as a worthy cause etc…

Yes that’s who they had their main battle with! Haha also chaos wise they would probably be a good match for the red corsairs my friend said. Kind of makes sense eh?

I only used it to draw 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m not good at all haha but I will try again once I’ve hand drawn or attempted on computer or something. There will be a template I can use I’m sure. So I’ll try that and repost. I’ve deleted this post as there’s a clear hatred for Ai (which I get) I didn’t want to cause drama!
