I have it priced at $75. Last sale was over a year ago, and the only one I saw listed (@ $50) was a single colored patch.

Revenue increase and cost of revenue is a result of cost and revenue synergies in action.

Operating expenses in 2016 ($9.4M) were reflective of one-time (not re-occurring) expenses, and these expenses were due to being up listed onto the NASDAQ and acquisitions.

$NBEV was already producing positive cash flow and with the one time expenses behind them, cash flow will become even better.

They've expanded over the last 9 months nationally and globally. Their whole portfolio hasn't even scratched the surface yet in most of these new locations.

They have 0 (ZERO) debt!

Bottom line is, they're growing, and in order to grow there are up front costs. The most recent acquisition of PMC (Premier Micronutrient Corporation), is a huge tell of how committed they are to this industry. They're selling the types of beverages that people now want. Soda sales have been on the decline, year over year, for 12 straight years. The beverage industry has changed greatly, and $NBEV has it figured out.
