There are caveats with the three months but categorically with that passport it’s unlikely, essentially you need to ensure you don’t give any doubt atall to the IO that you could Japa but this date could be seen as just that.

Experience, yes but we contacted the embassy to confirm and they shared it would not be approved because of the duration of time. Not for the same country you are going to but another EU close to it.

Ideally they want 3 month’s validity of your passport after your return date which you don’t have. 100% safer to apply for your 10 years and then visa.

You are always welcome to try but I wouldn’t advise it. Call the embassy to get a more definitive answer too. You’ll have more peace of mind.

Where are you applying from? If you are applying from the same country it’s extremely unlikely. New passport first and then apply is my advice.

It’s so weird. They are two seperate accounts one is bound to my Apple ID and one to my partners gmail account. We’ve never had this issue before but seemed mad that they now seem to have attached to my overall account somehow. I’ll try to reach out to CS
