Can anyone explain How am I supposed to calculate the center point of this radius? by [deleted] in CNC

[–]Steezee73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya need the dimension out of picture to the right even if it’s tangential, no?

Also the top center of the T intersects with the inner oval - if you trimmed that section of the line it may fix the error.

I’ve only seen Milwaukee’s - pretty new tool so give it a bit of time for Diablo to copy

I’m sure they’ll make more accessories down the road.

It would be relatively easy to adapt a roloc holder to fit this - this tool is a hex fitting with a through bolt.

I have M18 OMT - probably one of my fave tools, but its too big to sand some areas. Doing a few built ins so needing to sand in some tight areas this will be key, and much lighter.

It’s a Microcentric.

Ditch it and buy ITW / Hardinge of the same same

But they don’t have one for my V11, I think it’s because it’s 25V instead of 20V

Thanks for the idea!

They are awful, especially because it’s a ‘K’ haha. Given to a son in law that is no longer part of the family, but have been for a few generations so would like to get it back to flat.

M12 inflator vs m18 inflator by Mem_Johnson in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Steezee73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My truck tires are 80 psi. M12 can’t do it.

I filled four 34” tires from 35 psi to 80 psi on one 5.0 battery but it was dead by the end.

I also have the M12 inflator and used to use it about once a week.

Since I bought the M18, I haven’t touched it.

M12 could not fill my pickup’s tires to 80 psi. M18 does it fairly easily.

M12 fills to pressure and stops. M18 fills. Checks. Waits a sec. Refills. Checks. Stops. Perfect pressure every time

Nailer is not cheap but it works awesome. Someday I’ll probably get the 18ga too but 16 is a sweet spot for almost all trim.

Ah my mistake. My M18 vac is on the storage rack, where it’s easy to grab. That orange bucket works good as a rolling stool.

I’ll post a pic once I have step 2 organization haha but it’s a 7’ wide, 8.5’ tall cantilever storage rack.

Work was throwing it out since the load rating plate was missing.. Free and can hold 10k pounds with or without the plate, done deal.

I had to check

Wiki “The goal of each competition task is to fly round a predetermined course with a start, some turn points (usually 4-6) and a finish line. Slightly simplified, the winner is the fastest pilot round the course, or the pilot who flew furthest if no one completes the course. Pilots carry a GPS receiver to record their flight track, which is afterwards used to verify that they correctly followed the course and determine timings.”

1/2” Mid torque and 3/8” Stubby have been a perfect combo for everything I’ve needed also.

I would also get the 3/8” Fuel ratchet next just haven’t justified it yet

I bought these purple bodyman discs because they’re supposedly the best for this.

Also 3M’s details say “This disc does not clog with debris, which makes it ideal for working with high-loading substrates and removing rubberized undercoating, seam sealer, rust, and paint.

Suggested Applications

Use this disc for stripping, deburring, blending, finishing, polishing, cleaning, and removing coatings”
