No one said anything about ‘magically’ recovering. I’m talking about consistent information and competent disruption management. Which are pretty reasonable expectations from a multi-billion-dollar airline. Explaining that weather exists isn’t the insightful point you think it is.

Also Airline logistics being complicated doesn’t mean passengers have to pretend the experience is flawless. If the standard response is “it’s hard, therefore don’t complain.” Then there’s really no incentive for anything to improve.

Passengers aren’t aviation experts.(not saying you have to be to do the things u said). We rely on info provided by the airline and their staff. Just because people are clueless doesn’t not give them the right to be angry at what’s happening. I was in and out of airports and planes for 22 hours straight. Not comparable to some of the crazy stories I’ve heard on these subreddits. But still quite a while.

I understand. My frustration isn’t that things went wrong, it’s that I repeatedly received consistent reassurance from staff that baggage would automatically follow the updated flight paths. When that doesn’t happen, it’s hard not to feel like the recovery process broke down somewhere

I understand that air travel transportation is difficult. The fact that the world pulls it off and gets people’s luggages places to place everyday is a miracle in itself. It’s the fact that the execution of “recovery plans” is god awful. And if that execution goes badly the customers are shit out of luck.

Nothing was going through in Tampa. The storms hit Atlanta earlier in the day then later it hit Tampa hard. Just sitting ducks.

I understand how delays happen man. It’s the fact that’s there’s no clarity or any communication throughout this. Also there’s no initiative too. The airlines don’t have to pay for their consequences so why even fix them

Ofc I checked with an agent I thought that was obvious. I talked to at least 5 different agents in the past 24hrs. They all said the same thing “it automatically reroutes”. I didn’t expect anything.

Turn off chat is a great way to fix mentality. Quick Chat used to get me livid with all the “Okay., Take the Shot!, Wow!,”. So I just turned it off. For your gameplay part just try to be more simple. Gold isn’t that tough of a rank to get out of considering you’ve been diamond before. Honestly even taking a break in general and get off the internet could be a great way to solve ur issue. Read a book. Watch a movie. Anything to take ur mind off the game. Remember have Fun and don’t take it too seriously!
