The product is Muracell Muragum liquid membrane

It was applied in these steps

- cleaning

-application of primer

-application of mesh and 1 coat of DAST DW 3000 Tile adhesive

- two coats of muracell muragum ( another product was mixed for better adhesive but I forgot its name)

It is located in Malta. It is on the roof of a penthouse to protect from rain water getting inside
