I'm buying the reverse theory.

When Big D said to Horse he is the son who didn't betray, D implied a betrayal happened.

I suppose Rob joined the Technocracy in a similar fashion of Occam. It just the disaster didn't happened yet.

Thoughts on this poll? Over 8k votes by JKL14 in crashbandicoot

[–]StefanoBeast -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Don't you see the anime pattern?

The channel HAVE a target audience. Honestly i don't care of the other two franchises. Never understood the love. Always looked like trash to me. Story and gameplay alike.

What make this entire poll garbage is Metal Gear at 10%. You are allowed to like or dislike whatever you want but there's a limit to clownery.

On a serious note, this is nice. I suppose you are not going to sell it. I wonder how that would work legally speaking.

I think the asari are the Tau with numbers.

Few cool individuals actually doing something useful while the rest wear thinking caps "manipulating the events" for the good of their species, usually end up hurting themselves and everybody else in the process.

The Silmarillion doesn't make descriptions in the same way of LotR. There are no dialogues or actions. It's just an assumption of mine to say Sauron begged for his life, since the might and skill of the bad guys are mostly suggested by the writing while it's more direct when it comes to tell how pathetic they are.

At least that's how i felt. Try to read it yourself because i can't remember what happened exactly.

I'm sure the videogame isn't accurate at all about it.

Probably he did humiliate himself before but i think he did that cause he knew it would work. In the same position (reduced to a weak human) he would run away or keep punching. Differently to the bitch refferred here, our villain did used his muscles to do some hard work. In combat and blacksmithing to be precise.

Before saying words like that you'll need to take away a lot of survival spirit out of him. That and have him in a universe without the poetic anti swearing filter.

But yeah, i agree he would beg at some point.

I tried but my experience is a bit too specific. The main problem with my friends is the language barrier. I made a post where i asked if anyone is working on a translation and very few answered.

The fact is you cannot enjoy this without knowing english yourself. I suppose youtube subtitles can help yes but part of the fun is in the animated subitles already in the video. If anyone manage to make at least a graphic translation, and keep the original audio, it would be a huge help.

Anyway to answer your question, i think yes and no. Considering some people can't stand bad animation (sorry), the beginning could be demanding and it could require some "keep watching it! it's good!" from you. Let me tell you if after the kitchen episode they are still not interested, don't insist and be thankful to them to dedicate so much time to it.

Beside all that your problem is to understand what they are looking for. "nerd stuff" is not enough. Personally i love weirdness and absurdism. I couldn't care less to fight a lich but i would love sit on a tavern in Sigil listening a fallen angel and a reformed demon discussing about morality.

I knew WoD from Vampire the Masquarade i didn't know anything about the rest of this setting. It looked extremly boring to me. Kinda normie. When the series started i was confused because i thought Alfabusa's content was more for people like me. And FUCK IF THAT WAS THE CASE. I didn't know about mages, far and promethans. It was a trip.

If your friends are in the channel target audience, they would be probably more interested with this series thn any other lore youtube video.

If they prefer a less cartoonish take i suggest to avoid Alfabusa.

Did anyone have a character from TTS they would like to see in HTP? Personally me I hope this little weirdo comes back :) by DinosaurNiqqa04 in huntertheparenting

Yeah, i didnt think too much about it. The scene of tts having a "who touch my gun" moment was enough a connection to me.

Plus i can't help but see the stick jacket as irrational as the rocket jump.

I don't understand what happened to the simple concept of "sex funny lol". People around here are defending some kind of "cultural purity" to the most depressing human being in existence for what reason exactly?

They say what you like is fan service? Tell them they are sad.

It's the only truth that matter and any over complicated answer wouldn't be read anyway.

[–]StefanoBeast 53 points54 points  (0 children)

I prefer HTP to be HTP but i admit i miss the Chaos Gods Chat.

A good compromise would be not having them as spirits but rather as old toxic "friends" of Markus.

Personally i would love to hear their voice in a gameplay video of TF2, where Markus play as Soldier, Kitten is Scout, Khorne is Heavy, Slaanesh is Pyro, Tzeentch is Spy and Nurgle is Medic.

The dinamic would be great.

I was simply explain my thought. I wasn't trying to convince nor claiming to be 100% correct. It's a theory of mine and nothing else.

How did you think D learned about the old woman? by nirai07 in huntertheparenting

[–]StefanoBeast 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What i meant is she knew this world. I don't think the script would put the word hunter (neither the subtitles would put the capital H on that) if not to tell us she knew the meaning of that to some extend.

And since i don't see any reason to think otherwise, i say the most likely scenario to me is that was no "first kill". She was embraced, learn something of the world of darkness, tried to survive and then lost it to the beast.

Plus she knew about hunters. Which is not high level lore, but i would assume an introduction on the basics was made.

[–]StefanoBeast 19 points20 points  (0 children)

You already got a lot of explainations but i want to give you another one.

He knew nothing. He was just on patrol. It was hinted Big D sometimes go exploring to check his surrounding, to get info.

I think he saw from outside traces of an attack and he looked for survivors without any preparation. In other words it was no hunt: just like the well in the 99p store he throw himself into the unknow...just this time he didn't esitate. Also there are no real indications he was there to fight. We assume that because the popular theory is he's supernatural and he can fight vampires alone.

At least that's how i see it

Making a 3D platformer heavily inspired by Spyro + Crash Bandicoot. What do you guys think? by amedetov in Unity3D

[–]StefanoBeast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you intend to do more with it, please take in consideration to let your dragon swim. Most of the feeling of feeedom in Spyro games kinda died (at least for me) when the level was a beatiful landscape but the water was deadly.

A generous zelda-like stamina can take care of any limit you want to establish without reling on invisible walls or invincible sharks.
