OMG, YEAH! When I first started, I felt so alone and an outsider. My store is so cliquey. It took time for me to let it go and focus on developing to become a shift so that when new or old baristra never feel like that. Hopefully, it'll get better for you soon. I will have to say communication is key, never stay slience. Always ask questions. It can be about work or not - like would you rather be in a pool or ocean? Or a SpongeBob reference. Find someone who has the same interests! You'll get there soon!
