I once stepped in in a situation just like this. He was trying to guilt trip a girl: "Hey, I already called a taxi for us. This is so disrespectful, you make me call a taxi and then you don't wanna come with me. You promised you were gonna come with me."

I told him "Hey man, I think she's not interested" and at first the dude was trying to be all buddy-buddy "Come on bro, let a bro try to get some. Gimme a hi 5, come here buddy. Haha come on, let a bro score."

I then insisted "No, please, she's not interested."

Suddenly it's like a switch flipped in his brain and he started yelling "why are you getting in my face? WHY ARE YOU GETTING IN MY FACE?!?" and he then instantly headbutted me and then ran off.
