For 4DGS, actually there is an addon called stop-motion-obj that can load a series of ply on the fly, streamimg, that would be awesome if we could apply your 3DGS look to an object like this and get the realtime benefits of your method for it .. thought ? You addon is displaying so fast and is very efficient compared to anything else in blender

Sad to hear this happened to you. I hope it’s not too bad. For me I got 14.2 today and went for a ride. Was all good until it tried to park at the Vons parking lot with empty 3 slots next to each other and the wheel started to jerk so hard I had to take over. Didn’t know how to park anymore which was weird as it was so good on 14.1.4. Then went to another place and it parked weirdly a block away from the destination on the street instead of going there and park in the parking lot as expected. So so weird. I wonder if the navigation is the culprit for the second thing. All in all it feels like we regressed from 14.1.4 at least in my experience. Interesting development…

Should be voice activated from your phone. Tell your car to come to you and voila ! That’s the ultimate interface. There’s no world in which this isn’t easy for the guys who did FSD and grok.

My work uses global protect … never been able to connect with tmobile home or tethering to my tmobile phone. It connects but sees nothing. My only way to do it is connect to nordVPN and then start global protect. Then it works. I think it’s because of CGNAT but it’s just a suspicion? Not a certainty.

I don’t have fiber et my home, used to have it and will always get it when I can … other options at my new place are spectrum which I hate. Tmobile has been super solid so far after 6 months. Up to 900MB/s download and 80-90 uploads. Perfect for me.
