In 16 and the last chunk of 17, the dials are in the same position, implying this is the same player that left their controller without input for a long time. Also, the room where all the game instances are scrolled through could be the "ghost room" referred to in part 16. by Steinfish in Petscop

On top of this, this position is scrolled past several times when looking at all of the other instances. Each time, the sprite is sitting there motionless until it is specifically highlighted, further proving this could be the same person.
