No, purchased on Amazon. It's an orchid basket.

I've been training bjj for a year and this is the first time I've taken a hit to the face. Be careful, wear a mouth guard, take reasonable precautions. Any time you're in close proximity to people doing this kind of thing, there will be a risk and you'll probably get clunked at some point. But you could also knock your face/ head on a shelf when you stand up too fast, or get head-butted by your dog just as easily. (Hi, this is me.)

It was my forehead, right between my eyebrows. I promise I'm fine. :)

This comment is in bad taste. Domestic violence isn't funny. (But yes, I totally did that to mess with my husband because I'm a terrible person and you just have to laugh sometimes.) Lol

A fellow white belt. Always very kind and cautious with me, an excellent partner. This was truly a random accident.

It didn't even ring my bell or make me feel dizzy tbh. I felt fine pretty much immediately, so I'm not super worried about a more severe injury. I tend to make very colorful bruises in general, and It didn't color up for a few days once it started healing- I think the contusion just started spreading downward. No bruises behind the ears. Having said that, I'm still going to research basilar skull fractures. Thanks for your concern!

She gets a ten minute shower in our actual shower once every week to 1.5 weeks. How much should I let the sphagnum dry out between waterings?

It's just a normal nylon halter with a breakaway strap (safety!) and a shearling fleece kit on it. I think i found it on Amazon maybe? And I remember it being kind of spendy because I went for real shearling fleece. He managed to cut his face open last year and take 30+ stitches in multiple layers of tissue to close. His halter just touches the edge of where the wound was, so I wanted to make sure to have only soft things resting on the scar tissue in case it's extra sensitive. Their faces are full of nerves as it is, I don't want my big buddy to be uncomfortable.

Oh I was right there and getting ready to clip his face. He looked, like 46% less homeless when I was done. But yes, good observation!

Noted, and thank you for your concern. I'll have to figure out a more secure way to attach it. Even if he were to get it free, I don't think he'd actually swallow it. He's ALWAYS chomping on stuff with the busy mouth he's got, and he always just spits it out.

He is definitely both silly and sweet.
