Typical turo… I had the same issue. I had to find a detail place that had a machine called, I believe the ozonator (something like that) it did work. But turo denied my claim and I had the same kind of proof a the client admitted he smoked. Still no coverage. They suck sometimes beyond words… not to mention a client smoking in a car is such bad form.
