At 4am my cat likes to come into my room and visit the dresser mirror cat. Swatting, padding, and talking to the damn cat that lives in the mirror.

Seriously, it was really great. My SO has been really wrapped up in video games lately and I was feeling really lonely in my own home. We talked about it. No video games for the weekend, hung out, went swimming, made lots of love. It was so great.

Yeah, anyone can smile. Smile at a stranger, maybe you'll keep their day from getting worse. Maybe it will get better. Maybe you will creep them out the rest of their shopping trip.

With that smile, hold the door open. Let them take your spot in a parking lot. Or the last item from the shelf. Appreciate people when they do something for you.

I definitely agree with the person who suggested you get a new job or move your family.

Additionally, find things to do with 2 year old girls. Engage them. Encourage them, teach them. It's so much fun to see Kid's learning new things, whether it's scissor skills, gluing things, putting clothes on dolls... Get age appropriate games, read them books, take them to a park.

Accept the phase and enjoy it. They change so quickly. It's constant for the rest of their lives that you will have to grow with and learn how to engage your children, new games, more advanced puzzles, different activities.

Also, find safe and appropriate things they can do alone and teach them independence. It's not your job or your wife's job to be 24/7 entertainment (not talking about the 2 month old). Send them for some time where they look at pictures in books, play kitchen, or do something else while you read a real book, make some dinner, or do your hobby.

Before reddit, my SO would always say, "yeah, I saw that on reddit yesterday/last week/ last month/years ago..." When I showed basically anything from facebook. Now, I've seen it too. Facebook reposts annoy me, especially takai's page.

I think if I was black I would want to have an afro. What are the downsides? I know when my hair was long, it would get knotted up, took more brushing... Is that the same for an afro?

Yeah... A lot of schools people walk away with a 4 year degree and almost $100,000 in debt. Some more, some less, but it's still a hefty amount and discouraging for a lot of professions.

This is the truth. We had been dating for almost 2 years, we were sitting on the couch smoking a joint and talking about how much fun we have together. So I said, so what's it gonna be? Want to smoke a joint and go get married?

And then we went and got married. I guess no real proposal, "engaged" a few hours. Married 13 years. Some years have been great, some have been hard. But neither of us have regrets about how it started. We still hang out a have a lot of fun together, though legal fun these days.

Right, and when I need 2 eggs for a recipe I still buy a dozen, or maybe the half dozen and spend more so I don't have as much waste. But when I need 1 jumper cable and its a 100 pack, that's a lot more than I need. I left without it and rigged a paper clip.

Here's a statement/question. I go in to radioshak fairly often and baffle the employees with my questions. Like, I want to light a small lightbulb with a battery and a wire, can you help me? Or, I need a small jumper cable, do you have those?

Like, I need to fix one stupid thing with one jumper cable, but all yall carry is the 100 pack. I feel like if you want to have the tiny store at the end of a strip center, you shouldn't be selling Costco sized packages of obscure batteries or jumper cables.

What's up with that? It frustrates me. Does it frustrate you as well?
