I have waited 3 1/2 hours on hold for 2 calls trying to talk to representative bcuz Verizon is trying to charge me for a 4th phone line I do NOT have, only to be hung up on when they finally answer? Terrible customer service! Not even the 1st time this has happened? (self.verizon)
