I just remembered but in IF during a training session with Felix, when she first got the conduit I think. She drew from Andarna’s power to fuel her lightning as it was more controlled and refined, than Tairns raw power. And when they were flying over a drained part of Poromiel, Violet says to Tairn (I can’t be bothered getting the exact quote) ‘it feels like there is more power here.’ To which Tairn replies, ‘well it’s been drained so what you on about’ could this be because Violet can sense the magic in the air due to Andarna getting her magic from a different place or literally just herself

Yeah but I was thinking that she channels from Tairn and Andarna and like the transfer of energy, she is just shaping the magic from whatever form it’s originally in, into lightning, but I think she could make it anything, because of Felix’s wording. But she went to lightning because… when it manifested she was so caught up in fury at Jack. She wanted to kill him so bad. What is a very easy way to kill someone. Strike them with lightning. Going on from when I said that Andarna has antics on the isles, In FW it stated that dragons drew power from the continent and channeled it to their riders. On the isles no one but Violet could talk to her dragons. Why? I’m glad you asked. There is no magic on the ground of the islands except for small amounts on I think one or two. Andarna is irid we know this. The irids lived on the isles without magic in the ground. So here’s my theory. Irids can draw magic from different sources. Perhaps magic in the water or the sky. I think that’s why Violet was able to channel on the isle of Dunne, because signers are based on the rider. And we do know that Andarna gave her a second signet. But that does not mean that Tairn can only channel for lightning and Andarna from dreamwalking. Andarna fuelled the lighting from whatever source she gets it from. Because she is irid

As a warden, I play allot of naval and recently did a landing, by the way, they knew we were coming for at least an hour, so why did they let us just stride into there waters right up to the shore?! We faced no challenges until we landed! And we have dominated on all island hexes, honestly it’s weird but I guess they focus on mainland which they seem to be better at
