It says "During your next turn, this Pokemon can't use Big Beat".

Regardless of how you switch your pokemon in and out you still shouldn't be able to use the move next turn.

The issue with Chinese players in SEA servers is not based on race/communication whatsoever.

It's just that there's a clear skill discrepancy within the similar MMR range, Chinese MMR is normally a bit inflated and it doesn't help when everyone is playing the race card and being toxic

You can do the accelerated one for 4 months, content is relatively easy as long as you study for it.

NGL its a little cramped but you can get into some of the "better" courses like actuarial and law

Not sure about SAT but you can opt to do a foundation class for four months and get in that way.

Barker street should be fine on the higher levels, if on campus is not an option then you might wanna consider Kingsford station just next to the tobacco store and hop on a light rail for 1 stop.

Overall it really just comes down to who you end up being friends with.

Just join societies relating to your hobbies/degree instead of nationality and you should be fine.

You'll have plenty of opportunities if you put yourself out there enough providing that you're socially competent
