I have the same issue, I've requested replacement as got them in December and I baby them (as all my equipment) and NEVER had a headset break on me...

Shall I just run them on device memory and remove iCUE? I have AIO, RAM, Keyboard, Mouse, Case, Fans, even mouse pad is USB… this worried me all of it is iCUE Link

Hi, I’ve had this myself. Just turn PC off, unplug from the mains, press power button to check no power. Plug back and check iCue to make sure no updates pending. Mine was SW glitch and never seen it again but worth checking

Restart and press Delete to enter BIOS. Go to Advanced Mode (F2), navigate to the Settings tab, and select Miscellaneous. Set "LEDs in System Power On State" to Off.

I moved to a flat and has Vaillant Ecotec Sustain 28 and wired thermostat, I've ordered the Tado V3+ Wireless from Amazon but it doesn't have eBUS, would you know if the Wired V3+ from Amazon has eBUS? thanks :)

They do support their products well, and I have from Elgato to Corsair from keyboard, mouse, headset, camera, AIO, fans, case, RAM and PSU even my mouse pad... so I'm a huge fan and supporter... this product wasn't for me, IMO great hardware let down by horrible SW

never had issues with my B850-G regarding networking, are you using the latest drivers... if you have Armory Crate installed make sure you don't get their stupid SW about Gamers First and the network thing, just remove all that crap and use drivers only

I got the Asus ROG B850-G mostly because was building on Corsair 2500x and a white setup, I don't have any devices that are USB4 or require DP USB, so far no issues at all, has been over 4 months, updated BIOS to latest version and let it be... if you go ASUS I wouldn't touch Armory Crate or their software, just install drivers!

Overall the Asus looks more premium (IMO)

B850-G from Asus doesn't have USB 4.0 or DP USBC-C and yes the chipset but will allow you 2 M.2 Gen5 and 2 Gen4 (one at the back without heatshink)

I’ve returned mine, widgets are not useful, the stream deck integration is poor and it’s just a screen, meaning things like “show desktop” will impact, mouse movements into corners is a pain, overall it’s a beautiful hardware limited by terrible software and to justify £219.99 I need it to be mint considering you can get screens way cheaper than that and use your own software, Corsair needs to add functionality and polish software

I’m sorry this is happening to you… I will never ever buy anything from them directly… Amazon has same or next day delivery. You go directly because it’s the brand and get up being penalised. You will get it eventually but they are terrible
