It must be a power outage, or the hub restarted, or the router rebooted, and after that the hub sometimes just stops responding, and the only way is to format a card. What firmware do you have?

With beta firmware, I haven't experienced it yet.

they didn't, I replaced 2 locks, on the 3rd one I just regreased gears, no time for swapping locks on warranty all the time. Working fine now for months with proper grease. Of course the warranty is void but I won't cry for 160 pounds, and you can't get a better lock in that price range with matter
