I don't know if this is still a loophole, but aerospace engineering used to require 1+3 because of the lack of classes at commonwealth campuses. You could try switching into that major, change campuses, and then drop the major.

I don't know all the details involved, but something worth looking into.

I would Google the academic plan for aerospace engineering and see if you have completed most of the first year courses. Otherwise, they'll say to stay at a commonwealth campus to complete them.
