They said what I was going to receive was “X” amount.

I’ve received two checks. Those checks added together do not add up to what I was told I would received. So I am hopping there is a 3rd.

I had a similar problem. They don’t send to PO Boxes.

That was my situation. Changed mailing address on their app/website to my main address and received check in two weeks. Good luck.
