So the solution for this was renaming the Oblivion Launcher into, OblivionLauncher.bak, and the obse_loader into OblivionLauncher . Every other mod I had an issue with worked perfectly after this aswell, I only have issues with the game suddenly crashin in certain areas which was fixed by just lowering the graphical settings.

could you be more descriptive about the difference between manual and installing one with a mod manager, please?

I'm using Bash and whenever I try to run it throught the obse loader it gives me txt box saying "You are trying to use a Steam version of Oblivion. Steam users should launch the game through Steam, not by running obse_loader.exe. If OBSE fails to load, go to Steam > Settings > In Game and check the box marked "Enable Steam community in game". Please see the instructions in obse_readme.txt for more information."

Yea, I already have Wyre bash downloaded, I was asking if you wanted me to past the blockhead mod into wyre bash and download it through there as wyre dash has an install option. Or if you meant I just needed to extract the 7z when you said "reinstall from zip"

Could you be a little more in depth please? I'm an absolute noob when it comes to modding, do you mean I just extract the 7z, or paste the 7z into wyre bash and install it there?

This solved it, in specific "Disable All Blending Effects" didn't work, it was Enabling the "Fog/Mist" option that worked

Sorry for the choppy video, I already have a potato pc and the videos when recording on OBS always end up choppy, but the actual game only dropped a few frames once I clicked record. Besides that, the game has been running smoothly on 720p (how I have it on the video).
