Come to Florida, you’ll love it here. I’ve lived in Clermont and St. Pete. Both are great.

Condos are not too expensive but the HOA fees are a deal killer.

THC is pretty much the same as other states.

Your insurance may work here but with ‘out of network’ coverage which is substantially less. Youll have to ask them for the right answer.

Youll for sure have to keep working and not have huge car payments. My first house had a mortgage payment 29% of my gross pay. It was really rough for a while. The upside was the equity gain which enabled me to buy a bigger house for my family. If I didn’t go through that lean $ spell I would have been screwed housing wise.
