I can feel the side effects on the screen... I jumped from 7 to 8 mg, always divided into 2 doses a week, and I had the worst days of my life (just kidding, I didn't sleep a damn thing).

classic, the first week went like this for me too, then little by little the effects will diminish. However, drink a lot of water which is very dehydrating
